. I'm fast running out of patience with these muppets ...Today I shall start looking for an alternative ISP. Talking of Firefox, I can no longer see the embedded video -I see the Controls and Video window, but when I try to play it nothing happens ....any ideas how I can get it to work with Firefox ?

It's ok, I worked out how to get the video to display (it required a plug-in tweak). Forgot to mention that I lost my connection completely all night ...didnt get it back until after 11am (when i eventually got through to tech support)
