40 Gmail invites are up for grabs, but to make it a bit more fun I have hidden a 'Secret Code' somewhere on this blog.
If you want an invite all you have to do is find the code and follow the instructions that accompany it.

I was surprised to see when I logged in today that I now had 50 to give away. If you are going to give me that many, why don't they just open it up and abandon the whole you need a request to get one.
